ok after some previous experimentations it's back to basics, something more me heheh

first off i think that kick has got a tad to much punch innit
subtle use of fx's are nice in this track Bigup

(i'm really diggin that woodblock (or whatever it iz) in the back)
mostly i'm not too fond of tracks that go below the 200 bpm but u really worked it out quite wel an got me trough the entire preview without beeing bored (it's really structured nicely an got some nice drumz goin' on :bigup)
i guess i'll be looking forward to the further versions of this one Drummer

glad you liked the "woodblock" lol, I assed myself over that with equing a couple of congas properly into the mix so I'm kinda really proud of it Big Grin

hell yeah deep n funky, that's where I was going with this

I make everything in Reason 3 now and sometimes rewire to Traktion or Cubase, but this was Reason alone

Damn.... does have a Teebee feel to it. and I love Teebee. here goes:
i like all the extra percussion u used. the bass is heavy...... me likes. Ure drums sound nice. i like the samples as well ..... not much of a review i gave but, i like it tho.

seems that the lowering of bass on me speakers while doin the mixdown went good for the basses. nobody else feeling the kick over-punch?

yo really funky track, i like it
have you heard carapark by syncopix. it follows this kind of rythm, its just a little more funk based.
i would recommend a breakdown so you can tease them with that bassline then kick back in with a big reverse sample \ reverse cymbal.

im realy feeling a kind of tribal vibe going on here, have you thought of bringing in some tribal vocal. they can be really rythmic. im thinking you could bring em in with some shakey hats, you know, to pick up the tempo.

as for strings, listen to the syncopix track and get some ideas on guitar instead.

oh yeah if your using reason have you ever tried this:
on the sequencer, drag one of your bassline blocks or any riff down onto your drum track.
now the the drums should play weird rythms, this is great for end of bar weird bits.

also for a great acid sound get a rex youve cut up a lot and drag it down onto an old school acid synth and play those two together.

Right then,..finally got some time,..Heavy duty clean soundin,..well done on that,..quality reverb's goin down<--the whippy ones sound insane Shocked

....Diggin the drivin beat's,.sound solid,..this remind's me of Stutterstep's->"Stabz",...totally different though,..not tryin to dis,..if anything a compliment Big Grin

,,..Main Synth could be more agressive imo,..maybe put it through a chopper,..or even better do some lfo insanity to it,..Still sound's tight as is,..so maybe just leave it. Tongue

,..Yeah this sound's like another huge trak Cynik,..look foward to hearin finished product,..sound's heavy duty so far...cheers..
