i think the whole track is clean but nowhere near enough volume or power in it and it just goes on, i think the bass line could be more interesting, the editing with the effects are kool and the cutting of the drum but seems to be lacking a hook. love the sounds in it though.

u've obviously worked on those drums

they sound very lively, good stuff

woah the reece that comes in is like way too loud imo.

really it is, coz its so overpowering the simple 2 note melody becomes stale imo,
drumwork that follows later is very good just wish they were much louder

need to have more fx on that reece other than when you filter it on the second breakdown

by now its quite repetative
certain elements on the second drop dont fit imho

sorry mate but i'm honest in my review, its drum n bass but rather than me havin a dislike on the style its more the eq on the levels

if something is too loud it dont sit right my brain jus focuses on it and the rest of the tune is hard to appreciate

keep rinsin and progressing soldier!!!!

i appreciate that, i never have a chance to hear what it will sound like on normal speakers cos ive got a rig for a room that loves the loud bass, on my system it just sounds fat but when they played it at the local college studio the speakers were alomost falling out, ill bring the bass back down n it should sound fine but your right loud bass = boring+repetitive because you CANT hear the rest of it

I don't mean to jump right on your tune but this track need some serious sonic TLC. i'm not sure if you compressed it in atempts to master or mixed it yourself or what. but you're definatley gonna need a good set of monitors to sort it all out. Track (IMO) is hot... bass line is the right feel especially by the end of the tune, but it might be prosperous to throw so variation in there every so often. Not sure about how your drums are sounding cuz they're so low. i really can't tell what's going on with them but at first listen they sound proper. arrangement is nice althought i always feel you can only get better with some nice nuances, sudden twists, automated filtering, etc.
but fuck man! nice tune... just sort out the levels

Lovin the little break in the intro, the crash does it for me on its own. Dirty bass sound, very nice. Bring out the drums a bit more. I think the bass would sound nice with a slight flange, or maybe a bit of chorus to wet it up a bit. Interesting rythme, it has a halftime flow. Biggup
