It's weak, the beat is too common and unoriginal, and it expresses little emotion, there's no real energy to it, therefore it will bore your listeners. It's the same synth used over and over again, and it isn't a very outstanding one either. I wouldn't really classify this as Drum and Bass. There's little power to it, it is at a slow tempo, and lacks originality. Drum and Bass is all about originality, and expressing emotions and feelings. Keep trying bro, your time will soon come, keep writing music, as for practice makes perfect. Keep working. Like someone wrote, cool 70's feeling. Reminds me on one cool 80's song that I just can't recall the name of. Anyway, great feeling. The snare is too high-frequencies one, I'd add low and fat one to add some power to the snare. Maybe getting a bit repetitive, try adding a verse or two more in the melodies, or something.
