easy massive!! brap brap brap!!
tried sumthin different with the intro on this one.
a dj friend challenged me to do one with a hardcore/trancey feel for him. wasnt sure at first but now i kinda like it.
just a pure jump up tune........needs a bit more tho.....any tips are welcome and all reviews are respected!! big up the dnb.be family :-)

i actually like the trancey elements here more than the purely d+b sections, really nice chord changes!
the change at ~3.45 works well but the bass line gets a little boring for me, although i like the change of sound (wub - no wub)
it's not like anything i heard before, that's fo'sho!
there was a little change around 5.00 )(<listened again and it happens before that as well at ~3.00>)which jumped out at me as being not quite in keeping with the rest of the track.
the intro stays on that one chord for a leetle too long in my opinion - maybe make the beggining really dark (ie more minor-y)
love the drums tho, and the vocals/samples behind work well (possibly bring them up a bit more? though it's nice having them on the edge...)

this one is nice,drumz are crisp an clean roll nicely,could do wiv a few more edits an that(imo)wasnt 2 sur e about about the trancy intro but it grows on yah Evil

now da drop bwoy! dats a full on rewind bassline,change it up a bit(imo)after a few patterns,overall tunage is nice,well produced,peace

THE INTRO SOUNDED A BIT JOHN B ESK.... AND LEADS INTO A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY WITH THE BEATS ROLLING AND THE " MEATBALLS " VOCAL MAKING YOU THINK ITS GONNA DROP INTO A ELECKTRO BEAT TUNE AND THEN....POW!!! THE DROP IS F A T! you should have layerd in a f-ew other drums to go with the orignal break
or something else ones the pad started.

weird chopping of vocals, crazy. need more effort though. the vocals add a friendly talking voice quality Big Grin

uh oh, the drops has no variations in it. you need repition and contrast. this si a lot of repition with no variations in it. usually you ahve it ever 2 or 4 bars, something. the bigger the changes for going to a different elemment. or before adding eleemnts. that's the best one it helps give you jump uppers have a cue that there's a changing coming.

it's how the music goes.-

you could more sub on the bass, try to boost the subs 50hz a bit.

in the intro the synth is to loud but the rest of the sound is well produced...
the melody is just to flat for me but it's question "de gout" "flava question ?".
sorry i don't know how to say that in english.

g-dub style at b-line moments, i have ti know how you done that , wich synth you use ???
