The tune you're talking about is sort've a remix by John B called 'Blandwagon Poos'.
Its a take on Twisted Individual's Bandwagon Blues.
The vocal is him basically telling it like it is and i fuckin love it - i bought it on vinyl as soon as i heard it. Its crammed full of classic dnb breaks and filthy b-lines especially when it drops, real fun to mix with and when listening and comparing to Twisted's original its soooo fuckin funny
