yo

ideas
1)not too keen on the hihats in the intro they don't flow enuff, the synths are good but the hihat ryhtyhm could do with being more stable. The intro also gets a bit repetitive towards the end, try to add some more to it
2)the beat is good and so is the bass concept wise but they arn't introduce well enuff, you need a bit of a breakdown and some variation in the beats itself.
3)aisically, variation is the word of the day, you need to mash up the beats and the bass or the song doesn't stay interesting
4)the synths and the second bassline are ok....but they could do with more work

sound
1) the drums aren't pumping enuff. put a compressor on the kick, and increase the low end eq, put some overdrive on the snare, and some more eq up high to get it tio smack a bit more. Also, make the hihaht firmer with some eq
2) the bass is good, but not powerfull enuff and needs eq....
3)get some reverb, and some delay on the synths alswell

sorry for not be being more positive...

the flute sounding thing was pretty nice, allthough maybe just a fraction to world music-ish for some tastes. and the synth seems to clash with it a bit in the first half allthough you get used to it.

the loud synth early on in the second half (at 4:43) is well annoying though. which is a shame, because it's pretty much the only unforgiveable thing about the track. but it doesn't last long, and doesn't come back!

the pacing is about right. allthough, a whole songs worth has gone before it really kicks in. but personally i think thats fine. maybe when it's time to go, it could leave a bit quicker, but it's not a big problem either.

overall, it's a good track. not perfect though.

1.the ambient line about 1/3 of the way in-dif line for the key errors, some of it clashes.
2.the intro line-i like the notes but make it wider with a phaser and chorus slowy churning against each other also enhance it to help get rid of the dull sound to it.
3.drums-make it tighter with compression and lose the open hat on every snare hit.the hi hat line needs to be dif something is clashin in the hits.add some distortion to dirty your beat up and CHANGE THE BEAT UP!!!!!!!!
4.BASS SYNTHS-You must bring that bass line in sooner IT really carries the song well!as well as the part right after it drops us these to move the song.then breakdown with the parts that use to carry it in the intro.
5.You are doing better than 75%of people on myspace!!!!Keep your head up brudda and it will come to you!!!I fyou get tired of a beat;fuck it move on to the next.come back at a later time and get a fresh take on it when you cant remember how it sounded.new perspctive always helps!!!!
