hi

ideas
1)not much of a build up/intro...could defo add one in.
2)the beats are nice but the bass line is a bit repetitive...its good but maybee add a little variation...and thats rewind sound is a bit overused imo.
3)the voc smp is nice.

sounds.
1) the drum sounds lack powere imo...beef em up a little with some eq and some drive and a compressor on the kick.
2)There's some disto coming thru with that bass...needs a bit more work.

nice one.

has a good energy, and sound. and it's nicely cut up. maybe the drum sounds (the amen break) are a bit predicteable, but they are reliable, and cut up well enough. the turntable sound is good, and works well, but maybe it's a bit overrused.

the minimalist and very low, music works for the track. but if it had been a full length track, it probably could have done with something more.

it's only just over 2 minutes long. but it got enough done in that time. had it gone on longer, it would probably have needed to be just a bit more varied, but as it stands, it's fine.

Wink i really like the over all vibe of the track.the amen sounds great, but try to beef it up by taking the kick u like from your samples and making another amen with that kick in beat with the amen.that way you get your amen but with the weight u need for the groove!render that and then use that as your amen.the compression aslo needs to be tightened up to pull the sniper break and the amen;as well as the rewinds together.put those three together on a return(send them to a channel labeled drums) and compress it!if your not good at compression use the presets.the vocal stereo is to wide for the rest of the mix try to dull it through a band filter to lose some highs if you dont have a enhancer/dulling plug in.try to be a lil more random in your synth production.treat alot of it like a drum not so much an instrument being played by an individuial.i really do love the amen programing!!!!That is a definite strong point your doing well in loop splicing!!!remember make it pop!!
