MASSIVE is a sonic monster. The analog concept belies the cutting edge, contemporary sound it generates. The high-end engine delivers pure quality, lending an undeniable virtue and character to even the most saturated of sounds. The interface is clearly laid out and easy to use, ensuring you will have MASSIVE generating earth-shuddering sounds from the very first note.

what do you mean the wavelengths?

do you mean the waveforms?

and what you mean the synths sound alright?

surely its just one synth and its really what you make with it.

this beast seams capable of some awsome sounds

It takes a lot of cpu! I've read the manual and it says that you should lower the number of voices to lower the CPU power needed, but I still note a 5% cpu usage without doing anything. I appreciate the optimization, thougj (doesn't take much resources while not playing anything)

Nice synth, will try to get something from it.

Ok I have just checked this thing, and in my personal opinion it blows anything I have ever used out of the water. This thing is insane. The tweaking is alot easier than zeta, the waveforms are cleaner, this thing is just silly. I am buying it tomorrow. RespeKt for putting this up Rude, I didnt even know it existed, I thought NI only released the same ol Kompakt package stuff always. Nice lil addition to their already sweet collection of toys.

OK, I just got the full version, and I am having a hard time with it. I made a couple of step seq, but everytime I goto lay them down in Fruity Loops, they are just one hits. WTF is with that? I have tried everything I can, it does the same exact thing when I try to do it in the soft synth in Acid too. Any help?

ok if you go to the arrows (at the top!) and click up or down it will cycle the presets.

if you mean the waveforms then go to the left hand side whee its says osc1 etc and click around there. sure youll find it eventually....

I don't like this one too much.

First off: it eats cpu like hell. All I can do with it is make a simple melody with max. 2 notes at the same time and bounce that.

Second: it seems quite unstable as sometimes the sound simply stops orfreezes (with the sound going on in a small loop) and I have to deactivate it and activate it again to get it playing again.

Third: Way to complex for my little lazy brain :-) I prefer a synth that is quite limited but easier to understand and mess with it for hours and hours untill something nice comes out of it.

Fourth: some of the preprogrammed sounds are impressive in a way, but you can't use them as the they sound like mini-songs with drums and everything which is pure crap imo.

ok go to programs>steinberg> you should have a vst plug in folder in there. also u should be able to enter the cubse folder and there will be a plug in folder there. try that.

@battledrone - this synth is one of the most simple to understand that i have seen, and ive been through a lot, jeez man do u want it to just do it for u?!?!?! . maybe u should go through the presets a bit more, cause their not all rhythm based. then maybe try learning a bit of synth theory and building your own sounds before u criticise.
