How do I Set these up and what are they good for?

pretty easy

you got audio splitter/merger and cv splitter/merger

when you press tab key it looks like this

oooo_o__o_oooo
oooo_o__o_oooo


the left side (first five sockets) is the merger and the right is the splitter

attach the device you want to split into two spearated ports on the right side. to the right there are four outputs to which the signal is split, reatach those into a mixer

now it is possible to manipulate each of those signals. for example split to two and pan each left and right, now you got wide stereo out of your signal.

the cv splitter is used to link the midi signals of one device so whenever it is triggered or a value has changed all the other connected devices trigger a value you connected it to

I use it to link lfo of the nn19 to anything else..
