woopsie...
the bass : ok, not woow but ok .
the melodie, ok but it feel like u just putted the melodie behind everything so that doesn't come out so well.
the drums don't catch me. especially in the beginning, what's wrong there?
while ur track is going on it's making some nice progresses. getting better!! that's for sure.
listening to it for the second time
still hard to review...hmm
best part is 2.00 - 2.20
2.40 - 3.06 there u're adding a sound witch doesn't fit
(for me offcourse, can imagine a lot of
other people do like that)
edit:
that woopsie was just my first impression hearing ur first drums.
no woopsie for the rest of ur track.
greetz

Sup wrm.
It's a bad day for elephants (Republicans) here in America. Here's to hoping there are no political implications to the tune!
1st listen:
- interesting ambiant intro. Definitely want to bring that out more.
- Ah, a two-part beat. Nice shake up.
- And what is this fading in? Very deep string (bass?)
- Cool. I see exactly what you are trying to do here.
- Haha, great change up to the tech-step beat
- It sounds like you have 2 or 3 counter melodies going on in the background. I will try to verify that in the 2nd listen.
- There are some volume issues after the drop at 3:28. Sounds like a mixing error. Some sounds drop out (3:41), only to come right back in, while the main theme rolls on. Some re-mixing, mastering is in order there.
- i like the bell sounds in the end. bring em out. They would be a great meolody for the tune. Example: fade out one rhythm while fading in those bells.
Do you play an instrument? Much of producing is just like "Riffing" on a bass or a guitar. That kind of knowledge would help with the arrangement of the tune.
2nd listen
- i like the staggered beat. The 3rd snare seems like it is backwards, or maybe it hits with that open hat. who knows. Sounds fine to me.
- Hey, i hear those bells this time around. Nice. I would make them louder, maybe even make them the central sound after the 1:49 break.
- i think there are too many things going on after the drop at 2:00.
- another break at 2:44. Being a DJ, I notice close breakdowns more than others. This one goes up to 3:30.
Overall, you have about 3 rhymths that you can play with in this tune. By themselves, or better put, as 'central elements" you could easily divide this tune into 3 parts. This way, one rhythm fades into the next, and the logical progression (intro, middle, mix down) that DJ's, Producers and fans look for is right there.
I like many of the ideas you have here, only I think you could have done a better job arranging them. This is not a knock on you at all, since you had to go through the effort to make the sounds that I like to begin with.
I would rate this tune as middle-of-the-road. It is not bad by any stretch, and I can see much of what you were trying to do.
Keep working at it. You obviously have the right ideas. From here, it's all about experimentation and getting good feedback.
Hope this helps, and sorry to go so long.
Peace.
