plz do tell.... because i see sumthin in this one. but yeh the intro drums and bass are shit
...... when i write tunes i always start with the main part of the tune. I get stuck when trying to do intros and breakdowns..... so thats why theres no real intro, (and cuz its only one nights work)
But thanks alot for checkin this one out.. think its a decent idea. but yeh it needs alot....
btw. how would you have done the sounds differently?

that amenish beat is either strangely reverbated or delayed with very short times. resulting in IMO unnecessary loud high end frequencies. I'd stay away of that
the bass is dull. no life, sounds filtered, its not a pure sub and neither a midrange bass so something in between. try highpassing that reece you got in the break later on and layering that droning bass with it
nothing wrong starting tunes with main part. I do that almost always, well if its dnb ofcourse.
I agree its not a bad idea, but nothing that hasnt been done. that beat sequence is craving for edits so maybe you got something there too
Gotta love intro straight to buziness love it. OK track gets going. Sounds like there is a lil too much reverb on your b-line. But the track glitch flows awesome at 0:45 love lil 2 step edits like that thrown into a track.
Also gotta love the KRS-one sample
Track a bit short wish there was more going on because I really liked the frist 1:30 even if there is too much reverb in the b-line. Work on this some more has lots o potential

thanks alot fpr listening to the tune. its only a clip so far, i just started it 2 days ago. thx for the kind words tho. and I sampled Biggie,(the 'uuh') not KRS one
..... and Samuel L jackson for the intro vocal. yeh ill work on the tune sum moe 2nite, thx again for checkin it.
everythings said i think. i like the drums even though they're still pretty dry/unloayerd
bass needs work, more lo would be nice. its still pretty empty, fill it up with some elements
Ok the first thing that strikes me is that it sounds like you have some kind of slight reverb/delay on the beats on the intro. This isnt too much of a problem once the track gets going though, drums do sound cool but you can tell that they have been chopped and ideally you shouldnt be able to tell that in a track ( unless of course ur going for the deliberate drum choppage ala squarepusher or ceephax) so drums could dosome kind of layering with other breakz or samples to soften the chopping.
Bass sound is ok - not much to add there
Track kinda jumps in from nowhere - theres no real build up leaving you ready for the bassline. Heres some advice for arranging the track - in the intro do a 32/64/92 bar build up with stuff adding every section. Keep the main section going for 32/64 bars then have a break down and bring the action back in for another 32/64 bars.

and i dont like the bass sound
sorry
what set up are you using?
*yeh... this is just a start, i didnt spend alot of time on the arrangement. and i like the bass sound, its just missing alot of low end and btw I use FL Studios 6, sum plugins... i use my stereo for monitoring... and an old Casio keyboard for MIDI...... thx for listening.

phat beats... cool bass tones in the intro... the drop is cool... the synth over the bassline sounds cool... the reece that comes in sounds good.
well i liked the sounds... could probably do with more variation... but i still like it
*cool, thx for listening... ill work on this one some more.

thx for the advice... i deff need to work on this one. it was just a quick idea i wanted some feedback on. i didnt even put in a proper intro, just the meat of the tune.
