Very good idea! Although finding a second Surya is impossible, he has done more for us than was humanly possible, I owe him big time!! Thanks so much Surya, if it wasn't for you I would have given up the site a long time ago, you're the best and I hope your job is treating you well!! 
A new moderator, so I'm looking for helpful adult positive minded people who spend a reasonable amount of time on the site, are a long time member and don't post crap and don't engage in flamewars 
I'd like to nominate Battledrone, he has done so much for the site behind the scenes without asking for anything in return and is always very friendly and helpful!

For the Tune of the Month we could put the new voting system in effect. I could nominate the 5 top ranked tracks who received more than x votes (5 votes would be a good minimum I think).
That would make it very quick and easy and the nominations are made by the community as a whole.
Before the old server broke down Surya actually listened to every single track and sorted them all in categories and presented a list to me when he was finished so I could pick out 5 tracks from the short list he made with the best tracks for that month. It was an enormeous amount of work for him every month, I don't understand where he found the spirit to keep it up!!
