how about making a dedicated thread (maybe inside the tunes forum) for peeps that only post links to their tunes and can't be arsed to do reviews and apply for producer rights

I'm going to think a bit about it, if it would be feasible, maybe by disallowing the creation of new threads in the Tunes forum itself.

The thing is that subforums (eg the ones under production) require a lot of maintenance. The moderators have to move many of the threads to the correct subforum, many people don't seem to get the idea and post under the parent forum or the wrong subforum.

Yeah but if we write a general guideline it might help solve these cases for some cut.
