 main page shown in google ads? |

Since a few days I get the main page shown where the google ads used to be. Depending on browser I get a warning about trying to open a page, or the main page is displayed in a smaller kind of way. Probably something with the code...

I noticed it too, really strange, it is standard Google Ads code copied straight from their website. Maybe some bug (in javascript?) or maybe a feature from Google?
The weirdest thing is that it links to the homepage which makes me think it is a feature from Google so it displays something relevant when they have no ads to show for that page.

Gosh I figured it out! There is a new option in Google Ads that allows you to choose to display something in there when no ads are available. In my prefs this is set to the homepage, so it tries to display the full homepage inside the ad space lol.
I'll fix it next week, have to design a banner or something to put in there.

Damn, can it really be that easy? Don't need it anymore for the moment since I discovered the magic powers of a thing called CSS, but maybe it will come in handy some day.
