Not sure if it would help. Most downloads are by unregistered users, so they won't bother to write a review anyway.
Also I have my questions if streaming is usefull towards bandwith, as for streaming the data is sent every time, and with regular downloads it only needs to be uploaded once and the user can listen to it as many times as he/she wants without taking extra datatraffic from the server.

i didnt know that i takes more bandwidth. too bad
i wouldnt stream at low bitrate though. i wanna hear it in full quality without the download process 
but eh thats nothin

whats the point.? i dont think it would improve anything
it would be a better use of time sorting out some merchandise and/or drumnbass.be recordings.

its much more comfortable if you can drag and drop the link into your player and the track starts right away.
if a mixdown of a track is pretty bad or it doesnt progress any further, i dont have to give hints on arrange or songwriting and im not listening to the end of the song. thats how i do it in other forums. im just missing this feature here.

i think quality decides these days and how many here have quality tunes signed to other labels? dont get me wrong, the idea is nice and we have some very talented people here, but we would need some really proper killa tunes to stand out of the crowd i think...
we dont need another label with second-rate quality tunes.
but thats just imo

That shouldn't be allowed anyway IMO. In order to DL a song, I think you should have to be registered.
