Hi everyone me with another strange problem.

i have been using my keyboard with FL6 for a while now and today suddenly FL doesn't want to recognise my midi, in the options it's got the name of my keyboard and everything is enabled but there is no f....ing input and it always happens with FL^ something goes weird for no apparent reason, last night it was fine now i reinstalled everything and it just pisses me off more and more, plz help

As dumb as it may sound, did some cables come loose? Cause usually that the cause of it, that or the keyboard not being on.

If thats not it, and all the other programs reconize the midi input, it could be a bad version of FL.

Beyond that, I can't think of anything else atm, but if I do, I will let you know.

thanks dude, but i checked all the cables and no luck...ohhh the keyboard was obviously on lol but i like your suggestion

i tried everything and for some reason no midi input, is there another VST hosting program i could try my midi keyboard with?

A silly question but did you turn it on before you started fl? I know fl wont recognise mine unless it was turned on before fl's started.

yeap i've noticed it many times that i have to turn my keyboard on before i start FL it's not the case, everything was absolutely fine i didn't install anything , i didn't uninstall anything i just turn my keyboard on and started FL as i always have and boom.....the keyboard is listed but no input signal what so ever.

im using tahorng USB connector and it's crap, maybe it got fried

Did you turn on [Enable MIDI remote control]?

Go to Options and check if it's selected.

I've got an oxygen 8 keyboard and it stops working every so often too, and the only thing I've found that fixes it is to reinstall the keyboard.

Confused
You must have something faulty in the drivers or in FLStudio engine... try reinstalling FL Studio, and getting updated drivers for your keyboard.
