also can anyone tell me where i can download good instruments for reason and fruity, reason has some quality stuff onbourd already but a good eq and possibly a new drum machine would be handy, redrum fucks me off, any tips, great!

for me that's a clear case, but it seemed that Quash needed some extra insight,... and the question was "where i can download good instruments for reason"
so, you can't.
But you can surely rewire cubase into logic/ableton/cubase/...
