Go onto mp3 unsigned if you just want to mess around with someone elses track. They post all kinds of tunes to remix. Redshirt Theory and Digital Juggernaut usual post a sample pack also with their remixes. I had fun making Berlin Sex Slave with Dig Jugg sample pack! Just for shits and giggles check it out.
