That effect you have on that vocal in the beginning isn't working for me, it does not sound right.
After that vocal ends, the intro is great. I would just remove that vocal if I were you. Nice bass. Up until 2:26, you have a killer dubstep track going, this is really good.
After that it's ok, but TBH, the dubstep part was a lot stronger IMO.
I'd turn this into 2 songs, the first a dubstep, and the second dnb.
back onto the dnb half:
After the drop it is a little disappointing, not as interesting as what was going on before.
That said, it's still good.
Your drums sound very crisp and clear, nice variation as well.
It has a good full sound. @ about 4:44 it's really good when everything is happening.

intro : What are them vocals from.. nice bass.. lovely and distorted.
nice half tempo breaks comes in. fx compliment the break. nice job
nice n reverby on the beats, a good amount of feedback was slected for it. waiting for it to kick in man..

well i am unimpressed by the outcome of the finishing point
youve spent all this time on making the intro nice and different, and then bam the tune is just plain and boring.. its a bit slow for drum n bass too
overall mix wise 75% good
overall arrangement and melody choice wise 55% good

i dunno if id call it dubstep.
bit to much reverb in places.
its got a sinister vibe. and props for trying something different.but like cruiz said its a bit boring at times.
