24 Bit Wav Problem? |

Hi guys I have a problem where I can not import or play wav samples in 24 bit. I have FL Studio 6. I have also Edirol UA-25 external sound device. Guys good you help me out. Thanks

Don't use 24bit wav files to begin with. 16bit 44.1KHz is the most you should ever use, and for one simple reason. It is absolute perfect quality to the human ear.
Granted some peoples hearing is better than others, but at that bitrate its abosultely the clearest it can get for a human, in a scientific view. Therefore its pointless.
So what I would do if I was you, would to simples open up the file in Wavelab, Sound Forge something like that, that you use, and render it into 16bit 44.1KHz Then FL should open that up without a problem.

Where do the WAVs come from? Can you open them in another program such as Audacity?
