Dude!! You need to get back on it! You blatently make some storming tunes as well. A friend of mine is in kinda the same position. He works in a music store as the PC specialist. He spend his entire day fiddling with a computer and setup cubase for loads of people. The last thing he wants to do after an 8 hour shift is sit in front of a computer.
If been producing with a computer and VST's for maybe 3-4 years. But before that Ive had a few years working with 4 and 8 tracks. Recording stuff onto tape, fucking around with tape, making feedback etc etc. Should get back into that stuff, its so much fun. I also used to spend a lot of time recording guitar stuff onto mixers too. Oh man I want a 4 track right now.
