Rubbish. If your just using it as a multi effects plugin, then its far too limiting. You could instead use high quality effect modules which offer better quality, more contorl, and wont apply the annoying compression that DBlue does.
The retrigger function can be achieved in various different ways and with better results, same with the skipping and slowdown effects.
I just dont rate this plugin at all. Its dull and lifless, regardless of how you use it. Sorry to go on about this but I really cant stand this thing. Anyone who has ever used it can spot it a mile away, which in my opinion kinda defeats the object of trying to be creative an experimental with your music.

I chop my own breaks but I do use it for reverese snares, and for multi triggers leading up to a break. I think its a good plugin even though doing it manual not only is funner, but sounds way better.

Fair enough. What software are you using at the moment?
There are other ways of doing the same stuff though. Whats always worth trying is to export a section of tune as a wave and then use that in a slicer like you would with a drum loop. This lets you do both the retriggering and the skipping effects. You can also get the slowdown effects by playing with the pitch contol of the slicer.
I think the main thing I have against the dblue is the wierd limiting it aplies to audio. Try exporting a wav file of a section without the plugin, and one with the plugin but no effects on. Open both of these up in a wave editor like sound forge. You can see how the wave has been limited and compressed. Maybe thats why you can always spot that plugin..
Whatever, I'm sorry to rant on about it. Its up to you what you use and how you use it. As long as it sounds good it doesnt matter I guess. I should try to be a little more delecate when voicing my opinions. sorry
