i love it how in the beginning the intro just flows over into that melody, the beat could do some equalizing but thats nothing bad.
the sounds for the melody make the tune nice to listen to and makes ppl want to hear the rest so dont give up but do something more wit that melody , its just still a little bit stiff. maybe a harder reece would do good with an improved melody but you have really layed a good fundament here. i love this style, sounds kinda like paul b style so thats why i would advice you to use those amen style samples for your beat and a new melody for your synths and a more interresting breakdown [the hiphop piece is not worked out well enough to be cool]
with maybe a vocal. al of the shit you need to improve your song can be found on this site under the collumn : Samples. i'd advice you to take the 'ravesounds.zip' and take ravesound3[loop] into reason 3.0 ant into an nnxt advanced sampler. set play mode to fwd loop and hear what comes out: a nice and grungy REALLY ANGRY reece 
just play around with those settings to get the reece you want and you're one step closer to a hit!
Keep it up, and dont let yourself be taken down by your lack of inspiration, if you are experiencing that just take 2 weeks or more pause from creating music. in the meanwhile you take time to listen to all dnbtunes you love and get inspiration out of them . also gaming improves my inspriration but that may be a personal issue.
