I'd suggest trimming it in a loop mode and let your ears tell you. I can tell its quite early days though. Someone else mentioned the quantize problem, it sounds like the kick in every second bar, at the end of each loop sequence is out of place. that problem disappears when the main breaks come in over the top. Maybe add some more percussive sounds, and fillins. I'm a big fan of variation in the breaks. the overall quality sounds good, and i like the intro! The bassline definitely needs some "beefing up" maybe some foldback distortion or something. Nice work!
