I am still a newb can you tell me how to do that more in depth. And I tried the pitch bend, doesnt even come close to how long i need the drop to be. Does anyone know where I can find a serious bass drop sample instead cause this chopping isnt working

If u're in FL, get a 3*Osc
Put all three osc in sine and crs all the way left
now you've got a low sine going on
then go to the screen with the envelopes, and mess around with the pitch envelope to get a kick at the start of every not (that's what u want, right?)
then play C4 (or any) note in the piano roll and put a slide on that note so it slides on to, lets say C2
is that it?

The correct way to do it is to synthesise the bass (like Friscko suggests). This means not using a sample but building it in a synth using oscillators and filters. You can more easily play with the pitch using a synth and it is much more flexible to work with. Samples tend to lose quality when they are pitched down too much.
If you do want to use samples you can either also lower the pitch of the sample directly, or you can put a pitchshifter effect on it and play with that. There is a very distinctive difference in the sound of both techniques, pick the one that fits the track best.
Try experimenting with linear and logarithmic curves. Linear curves drop in a straight line, while logarithmic curves drop, well, in a curve
