Massive wicked intro, great dark atmosphere.
I think the "game" sample and samples from that source have been used a bit too much, I'd find something else if I was you. 
But then again, not really a big deal necessarily.
I'm not really crazy about that part and the way it goes into the slow break. Maybe a metallic sweep right before into this?? I don't care for this slow break either, perhaps some different drum sounds? I don't care much for that pad at this part either. Only part I really didnt care for.
I like your breaks, maybe add some layers and alter pitch at different times? Your bass drum and snare drum are a bit dead and flat sounding.
I think your arrangement is cool, kept my interest while mainting the nice dark feel of the track. This track could be a real nice one, you have lots of great elements here.

fucking amazing sound's,..dutty intro,..lovin the short teazer's at end of each bar,..,. 
.love that shit,..,..agree that hip hop soundin part throw's thing's off a good bit,...You should try n do a massive Evol Intent reece pitch bend somewhere in this,..would sound to a tee,...drum's kick ass,..load's of idea's all over this,..the pad's that start at->4:43 sound perty cheep,...maybe slap a more lush pad in there,..deeper chord's too,....hope me idea's are usefull,.. tune is fucking big,.......cheers.

, all the "hip-hop sounding part" goes to make an extreme makeover and the melody will get some deeper chords and stuff on it
