Hey - I've been away most of the summer and now busy selling my house, but I managed a bit of time to try a little jazzy beat chopping - inspired by a System Error track along with Equipped's groovy break style. Track is unfinished (not sure if I will finish??) - suggestions are welcome.

i dont like this style because lots of ghey stuff is related to it...

but this is really good man... well thought out professional shit this is.

did you compose all of this?? every single element?? or are there loops?
because this is really good.
the arrangment and production are really good also.
the bass is nice and funky and the drums and percs are some good shit.
all the horns and piano are gold.

nice one man.

hahaha

this is some crazy shit.

i really like this.
not a fan of really choppy stuff but this really works.
the jazz samples are all clean and nice sounding and the guitar licks are cool.
All the riffs fit well (are they samples or have you sequenced them?)

Really loving the bongos in the beginning too
all the fills work well too.

not sure what i can say about improving it cuz it sounds sweet and the arrangment works well too.

for the second half i would like it to maybe get a bit more digital.

hope that helps Big Grin
