Interesting Intro ...
Bassline needs some compresion or maybe reveerb...
Try not to acuire the sound with the mastering or global eq... try to create clean samples...
More dinamycs is needed in the tune it`s all the same... It laks with fills...
There isn`t many different between the first and the second drop...
And try to remove that synt sound in the backround it becomes dull and boring and irritating...
But overall it is a good tune I rate this 7/10 Drummer
Keep it up Tongue

firstly .....

how to reverb ....... it would help if i knew what gear you are using (out board gear or all in a box computer set up) if its out board gear, then you need a external reverb unit to put your sound through, or if you have a computer set up (cubase sx, logic or reason so on and so on) a plug-in reverb will do the trick.

secondly .....

how to get clear smaples ....... it helps if you start off with clean samples in the first place, it makes mixing down your tunes a lot more easyer !!!

my tip is to ......... mix down as your building your tune, theres nothing more anoying than when you got your track writen (programed) and its time to mix it down and theres few main samples not sitting write with the rest of the track thats taken you all day to build !!!

sorry if you knew all this already Wink

- Not really feeling the intro
- The drumz can use some compression and layers
- One thing that might help will be to varry the length of the seperate layers and try not to cut the drums in so close, it kinda sucks all of the vibe and funk out of the track.
- For the synth it would sound better if you made two layers and seperated it into freq, by doing this you can also add reverb to the HIGH layer to give it a little more depth.

6/10* Z

i can tell you from the begining that this track needs a ton of work. the intro is pretty weak. the intro is vital because you want to suck your listener into the mood of the song. beats need tons of work. im sure you havent been producing dnb for to long (keep on though man!!! it takes time). structure needs alot of work. the beat cuts in and out, not workin out. in all you basically need work on everything. but dont stop, dnb can be a tricky thing.
