Hey,

Alright guy's i had a good monkey about with FL Studio 6 yesterday and had a bash at doing a dnb track. This is the result. Was just wondering if i could get some feed back on it from the community.

All advice and sugguestions will be greatly appreciated.

Here it is.

FL isnt bad to make DnB but you need AcidPro or Cubase or Logik, to make some sick shit. I still use FL to make synths and piano riffs and what not but I am all about Acid to make my beats. The track isnt bad for a first go at it, but needs tons of work. Get Acid if you dont have it already and lay your synths down on it then juggle some beats around and you will see the difference!

Sounds like you were having a good time and that is all that matters. Not too bad for a first track.

-The drumz can use some layers and compression, that is somthing that will come in time.

-Frooty 6 works fine, you just need a lot of VSTs and a copy of Soundforge 8 so you can edit before you bring the samples in. If you can get your dirty hands on Cubase get me a copy as well. J/K Z
