There are loads of programs that can convert a MIDI file into a score. You can export MIDI files with practically every music composition program, as long as you have programmed notes.
The most wellknown programs are Sibelius and Finale.
a list of music notation software:

Many free versions (including a free lite version of Finale) are available.

I thought Logic could do this. If all you want to do is bring up a notation for what youve programmed in the step sequencer.
If your used to using a different sequencer, you should be able to export the midi data and open it in logic which will also allow you to view the score.
The first time I used Logic, it wasnt set up properly, so when you double click on a box in the arrange window it brought up a score instead of a piano roll. I though that was how you were supposed to use logic! The first few tunes I wrote in Logic I used the fucking score. Even for drums!
I slaped myself when I realized there was a piano roll editor, I felt like a prize plum.

lol!!
yep that happened to me too!
you actually have to change a setting so the double click opens the matrix editor - a bit annoying really!

Yup.
When it first happened to me, I was like OMG!!!!
For all the artists who use logic, there must be a score for all there tracks. It'd be so cool to see an Aphex track in classical notation.
Its pretty useful though. Ive been working on and off for a piece for Laptop and string quartet. A Concerto for reaktor if you will. All the string parts Ive written in Logic using some string packs Ive got for the ESX sampler. It'll be cool to be able to print out the score for the string quartet when its finished.
I guess the feature is there for film composers etc. So that they can write a track in Logic, and then print out the score for the orchestra for when they record it.
It'd be cool to give them the score from a DnB tune. I feel sorry for the percusionist though.
