We just got the Access Virus TI not too long ago. We just updated it with the 1.2.1 update from 19 July. We are trying to use it in frooty 6/Studio and are have a little bit of a problem. We are good on CPU and the VST Synth sounds very good wile in Frooty, but when we export it gets all glitchy/choppy and messed up. Our sample rate is at 512 and we have only the USB port plugged into the port that we designated during set up. If you have had a simular problem or know somthing that might fix it please let us know. It's been a problem that we have had for a wile now and we hope to resolve very soon. Thanks.

Hello Nick,
I´ve had problems with exporting in FL6 alltogether a few times. This was caused by an overbusy CPU. You could check this by exporting at a lower bitrate (ofcourse producing a crapy result), if it works better you have the same problem.
To avoid the problem drop all background activity (if any) and try again. You could also upgrade to FL v6.1 as I saw in the list of improvements (read it here)
"Improved audio recording to disk (no more crackles when recording lots of mixer tracks)."

I thought that when exporting everything was calculated at a speed your PC hardware can handle, no matter what your latency settings are. And that settings such as latency where only important for working real-time. Offcourse that could be different when using hardware like a virus TI.
