HOSTILE TAKEOVER
Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th of october The Paard van Troje will serve as headquarters for the Hostile Takeover Crew.
With this the Hostile Takeover organisation has reached it’s 5th and largest project till now:
The very first drum’n’bass event in the totally renewed Paard van Troje (for 2 nights). The score will be settled with a line-up of prominent DJ’s from both in and outside of Holland that will give you the best that drum’n’bass has to offer.
Mampi Swift
Last year this dj had to play instead of an absent Ed Rush. He did this with so much energy in his set, we decided to get him back to Holland. A side from being a dj, Mampi Swift is also a talented producer with releases on labels as True Playaz, Suburban Base and his two own imprints, Charge- and Blade recordings
Twisted Individual
Lee Greenaway started with producing on a young age. When cutting a dubplate he got into contact with dj SS who manages the formation label. One thing lead to another and after a few releases on this and other labels, this producer got widely known for his “twisted bassline” productions that have been smashing up dancefloors all over ever since.
Brekbit
Brekbit has his own “live” drum’n’bass radioshow on Studio Brussel called Switch. Besides this he is also responsible for the BassBoogie nights in the famous Club Fuse in Brussel. With his belgian flavour he will be a perfect addition to our night.
Teebee
This worldfamous producer shouldn’t need any introduction. As producer Teebee delivered the milestone debutalbum “Black Science Labs”, which clearly pointed out that he would go further and deeper than many other producers out there. Teebee is also the fellow-owner of the respected Subtitles label that releases tracks from artists like Polar, Future Prophecies, Cause 4 Concern and Stratus.
Teebee has been in Holland quite a number of times to show his unique style of mixing with great succes. We don’t expect anything less this time.
Hive
LA based dj and producer Hive is getting a bigger and bigger player in the international drum’n’bass scene. What he can do with a pair of decks is likely to blow your mind as much as his productions that get released on labels such as Commercial Suicide, Moving Shadow, Tech Itch Recordings and his own imprint, Violence recordings. Now for the first time in Holland to show his skillz on the SL’s.
Black Sun Empire
After being discovered by Trace, labelowner of DSCI4, it all went very quick for these Dutch producers. Recently they started their own Black Sun Empire label and the Black Out parties in Utrecht where the dark and hardstyle reign supreme.
Hostile Takeover Residents
Off course all the Hostile Takeover residents (Adi-j, Keira, Flanagan, Shapeshifter en Th’acquisition) will be present to host the nights.
