Ok i cant make an album until i have a final dj name.... its supposed to be the easiest part of music production but im so so stumped... :p
I'm looking for a like, evil sounding name... one word if possible and not too many syllables...
also i dislike the prefix dj, so if poss mebbe avoid that... im talking bout a name similar to squarepusher and remarc, no 'DJ' there, i dunno, they dont suit; DJ squarepusher etc... 
I am in fact a metalhead, i dress like one and i listened to ONLY metal up until about 1.5 years ago... well, discounting squarepusher who ive listened to for years...
it would be nice if it reflected the metalheadedness (is that even a word?)
can anyone help?
to show just how desperate i am im gonna post some of my names ive come up with and you can see just how bad i am at this lol: :p
Abomination - too tongue twisting
Acid Reign - might be good if i made acid trance or sumthing but not
for this
Aftershock - lame, cliche, and its the name of a brand of vodka i fink
Afterlife - more suited to death metal
Airburst - sounds too poncey :p
Apocalypse - again, death metal and is probably taken
Asphyxia - sounds too weird
Basilisk - im not a harry potter fan :p
Beatnik - DJ beatnik mite be good, but i dont like it neway
Beelzebub - means satan so yer, death metal
Behemoth - too hard to say
Berzerker - hardcore techno mebbe, dnb no...
Bodysnatch - gabba techno or death metal
DJ BioHaZaRD - ive always used the alias biohazard but its probs taken and also i dont like the prefix dj
PLaGuE CeLL - seemed like a good idea at the time but im tiring of it fast
Jack Daww - its ok, but a jackdaw isnt really an evil bird
Raven - thats more like it, but i dont think so

well, my two favourites would have to be Afterlife or Asphyxia.
They sound cool amd i could imagine them spinning on a record.
But the name thing really is down to you mate, look at my name, Glimma or Glim its odd and maybe dont fit into the average DnB name, but it means something to me, there is a story behind it and a connection, not jus a random name that rolls off the tonge.

Meh... I dunno about thinking up names. Its always a pain in the ass. They either sound incredibly cheesey or just stupid.
Maybe its worth trying to come up with something which has a specific meaning to you. A slightly personal meaning aswell as just a DJ name.
IMO I hat all the DJ this and DJ that. Sounds really daft to me. Can you imagine if bands did the same thing! "Hi, we're Band Pantera" nah..
I'm called TechDiff because Technical difficulties it way to long, but for the first 5 or 6 sets I did with my computer all fucked up. I was using a desktop at the time. First time my soundcard decided to die 15 minutes in, second time the output had got rattled loose in transit and made horrible crackly noises during my setup and I had to install a new soundcard an hour before I started. I've had midi controllers decide not to work 10 minutes in. I've also blown 2 pairs of P.A. monitors too. Made an amazing sound, they sort of farted, made a huge bass rumble, and then a massive snapping sound, I laughed, the sound guy did not. The best part is that they still ask me to play!!!! Got a laptop year an a half ago, no problems after that. *touches wood, strokes laptop*

lol, its tough this name business - there is a thread somewhere with loads of suggestions people gave me but i still havent decided!
crushfuck is great for my metal stuff & djing gabba & hardcore etc but doesnt really suit most of my productions.
