I made that sound on the Pro 53 vsti, not the best vsti out there but its ok for simple stuff like that.

Nice to hear how you worked to make the distortion not too straight, like most digital distortion. Could be even better tho (the distortion).
Vocal is cool.
Theme is cool.
Overall the track sounds a bit too empty to me, add some more body.
