Went to a music show in London a couple months ago, spent nearly all of mine time there at the Korg stands playing with the new radius.
This is a bad boy synth, its pretty intuitive too, after about 15 minutes I had a really nice synth drum beat going, a 303 style bass line, and a pad sound to play some chords over the top. I've never been a huge fan of analogue modeling, but this thing does sound fat as fuck, but it also makes some real nice digital sounds too.
anyway...... Hands up who wants one!

It is fat indeed. For those who allready own a midi keyboard, you can also buy the module seperately, and use your existing midi keyboard.

Yeah I was kind unsure about this one, how does it compare to Korg's other recent VA offerings - say the MS2000 & Microkorg. I know it proabably has increased polyphony & effects but soundwise is it any better? Is it worth shelling out an extra five hundred quid for?
I've yet to play on one myself but judging by what I have heard I'd be more inclined to go for something like a Nord Lead, Virus or even a second hand andromeda. Something with a bit more character.
Well that would be if I had a grand to spend on a synth.......

Yeah, wouldnt we all! But its like £5000 when the Korg is around £1000, less without the keyboard.
It does sound the nuts though. Trust me if you heard one, you'd want one!
Also the thing with the neuron is that i is soooo distinctive sounding. I had a go with the sofware version and it sounds unlike anything else, its a good thing in some ways, but I much prefer it when you dont know what synths people are using.
