I guess TDDnBVr2 is just the second version of the mentioned tune?
It's totally wacked shit man!
The part starting from 4:50' is really really doin' it.
Not much to comment on this baby. You know your stuff, that much is clear.
The drum's must have been a bitch to edit.
The track 'meltwater' is very atmospheric...
Kinda reminds me of Aphex Twin on amphetamines

LOL. Drukqs on Drugs. Cheers dude. The first version of the tune was an improvised jam on my laptop. But I liked it enough too make a full tune of it. A lot of the drums where done with some reaktor patches and where suprisingly easy to do. Glad you liked it. I guess it was more of a dancey track than a lot of my stuff. Cheers for the comments.

you've got more than 70 views man
I'd check it out for sure as what you said about it got me intrigued, but it's that damn myspace, for some reason I can't listen anything on it
could you upload elsewhere if it's not much of a hassle?

I thought you'd like that one!
The DnB one is exactly that. Its not ever something I'd think of trying to get released or anything like that, just more of a tune to get the crowd going at the begining of a set. I figured folks on this site would appreciate it more than the other stuff up there.
The amalgam track started out as a piss around with some chunks from retroduction, as much as that track is fun, I dont think it goes anywhere or tells a story. Amalgam was more of an attempt at a similar vibe but with more depth and soul to it. Hence the synth drum sections and melody. I also wanted to try and add more of an evolution to the track. Retroduction is just a fuck around with a few ideas, not really a piece of music. With this one i was trying to create scenes and clear sections, alomost like verses and choruses in a song. Retroduction was a dirty great hammer of a track while this was meant to be a more ornate, carved silver hammer with an inlayed handle.
Cheers for the comments about melt water too. I havent had a chance to listen to it out of anything other than headphones and a sub-less PA and had an idea that it might be bass heavy. Its still a work in progress. Thats normally the way I work with tunes. I'll write a basic version to start with, then I'll go through it adding detail, changing things etc. Then a while later I'll go through it again and properly EQ and mix. I find it helps to do this after I've spent a while away from the computer, because I get a clearer idea of what I want when I'm not looking at the screen. A couple weeks away from a tune also helps he to identify things Im not happy with and to clarify exactly what I'm trying to do with it.
Thanks for the comments though dude, always appreciated. Have you got a myspace page or anything similar?
