Check this out, a site that creates a streaming radio station according to your musical preference. It's pretty wicked stuff, it can adapt itself to your taste. The library is rather huge too, it does not contain underground stuff, but most more or less popular artists seem to be there.
The sound quality is not terribly good but if you feel like having some background music or discovering something new, give it a go. I love this stuff!!!
