Rupzzz (Steyaert) - Uitvaart 2006
Hi, it's been a while since I visited the site. I'm glad it's still online.
Anyway, here's a song I made for a special occasion. You see, I'm a sixth grader and we have on our school some sort of show, wich we sixth graders have to organize. For the occasion I made this 16min track, wich will be used as an intro for our show. So this track will be played when people enter the hall where our show is held. So the track has a bit of a background purpose. Because nobody will really pay attention to the song, I made it very long and boring actually, at the end there's a little chilly part, I'm still going to alter the vocal used in that part into an introduction for our show.
Anyway, I need some opinions on this, maybe some things that could use improvement. Our show is friday, so I still have 2 days to improve it. Hope you guys can help me out with some final touches.
Track is made in FL5, used:
- vanguard plugin, for allmost all the synths and ambient noises
- ts404 fruity plugin for most of the basslines
- fruity slicer for allmost all the beats
- one shot samples for beat layering
- other samples for filling and fx
...
btw, this song uses 93% of my cpu when I play it in FL so I have to complie everytime I want to hear it, wich makes it hard to work on, cause the compiling takes 'bout 20min. (dit terzijde)
anyway, enjoy the track, and I'd appreciate some comment on this one

It's finished now. Actually i'm just not going to work on it any longer, cause tomorrow it 'll be played on our show. But I'ld still appreciate comment
