liquid funk.. gotta check that out. review follows
pretty cool, needs more progression imo. beats are a bit too rigid perhaps btw I'm listening on shit speakers at work. hit you up later for more accurate review
oooo...nice start, like the soft bleepy synth....pads are nice and lush and not too phat.....the piano riff is nice....
the beat is nice...maybe add a little more treble crispness...too short, i was noddin along nicely then it stopped
oh and the kick sounds a little over distorted......
the piano in the breakdown sound different...bit too much panning fx......maybe take some bottom off it too.....
the drop is good comes in a little unexpected which is cooool
the staby synth is a little harsh with the feel of the track....maybe you could start with a softer sound sound then strip it away and bring that sound in.....
i really like te feel/ambiance to this
its quite a short sample but it feels like there is sound angry beast waiting to be unleased later on in the track.....
all coments are my opinion and lke equipped said "each to their own"
p.s the sub sounds are little high pitched, add another sine wave an octave down imo.
sweet track so far, would like to hear the finished article
-long download,...right then,..piano sound's great,..guitar is a nice touch,..don't really like the pattern on drum's so imo but they are well done,..a nice bongo loop would go perfectly over this,..give it that rollin feel,..nice work man,..sorry for short review,..gotta run,.. will add more later,..cheers dude. tune's soundin sick!
really digging your stuff as you spit em out one at a time. this has a very nice groove, I'd certainly enjoy dancin to it if it was ruffer, the beats and the lead. I think the piano is very cool but I'd keep it for the drumless parts.
the elektro lead/bassline is brilliant, needs a better mix though, try bringing up the highs. if it doesn't work maybe layer an octave-up dry synth on top. and some (more) distorting
as your previous track, this has a lot of drive too, loads of potential
cheers for your comments guys. took me long time to rework this one.
had to change the bassline but ill use the old patterns for another tune. changed a lot of stuff. im not really sure about the vocals stutter tingy
Vocals definately fit right into the track - piano keyboard and guitar samples fit perfectly, really nice atmoshpere overall in this track !
drums are really crips although slightly lack prescence in the track, whack some more cuts behind them/ drums/snares, slot a few hats and shakers in every now and again to vary the beats.
Maybe put into a few mini-breaks every 8/16 bars as well to vary the beats
Very nice atmosphere in the track indeed but needs a little bit of work on the drums to turn it form a good track into a great one.
intro is sweet. drums progress nicely... and i like the piano in the intro... but it sounds like ive heard the piano riff before in one of your tunes i think. the arrangment is good and use of synths is heaps good.
the guitar fit wells... the drop is nice... sounding good, the beats could probably be beefed up abit with another layer. the amtosphere of the track is very nice and relaxed.
sounding good man
ahhh, classic rudeone intro sounds... cool
alwayz like the eq of your beatz, this tune has a much nicer snare than the cheeky bootleg you posted yesterday.. the synths are blended well, its like they have a slow attack rate on 'em or sumfin they just about hit the mark which is a good thing very understated and give the track that dreamy vibe.
you certainly like producing the slow progressive mellow dnb dont ya (a damn good thing may i add)
nice piano notes or is it guitar?.. 2:47 still liking this, beatz are still crisp and clear, maybe the odd drum roll would perk up thingz, the bleepy sounds are sweet, very hard to critisize anything in a tune like this as its all very mellow and understated, but its clear you enjoy yourself in the studio, i would alwayz try to make stuff similar to this but couldnt resist from turning it into more darker techy stuff.
a nice melodic progressive restrained little roller rude, cheers mate
Intro has nice atmosphere, a lot of changes in the melody so it doesn't gets annoying, so that's good, drop is fine too, piano great, great EQ-ing dude, really all the sounds sound perfect, guitar sound on background: i love it,
this is a very fine tune man, only the end is too abrupt!
