new version, almost finished. I added some strings, a vocal sample etc.

is there too much reverb, does it need more elements?

doin this with earphones,..so no level words....Heavy reverb work's imo,..it's work's as part of the tune's character,..some dam nice sound's in this,..4:41 sound's sick<-the dark little melody,...would have digged hearin that work into a filthy lead,..intro's dam smooth man,..flow's right into it,..dig guitar sample at->2:12,..sample yourself on that?,...This shit sound's tight Cynik,..Cheers.

ooo nice sounds in the intro with nice filtered beat....

oooo like the pasher grungy bit that comes in occasionly (fuck i can't spell)
dammmmnnnnn....nice reesey bit.....
this intro is really nice.....the reverb is good maybe just eq the top and bottom off the reverb a little...maybe there is a little too much phaser on some parts in intro....
the drop....
is good but the drums are a little weak....they sound like you have made them from single hits which is good it sounds nice in that respect.....they are drowned a bit in all the background noise....what i like to do is whack a limiter on the drum as a group, only a little but it thickens them up with out having to compress them....
some of the work on the bass'n'reeses is sweet as mate....

overall......
this is a lovely tune....dark yet lite and chill all at the same time which is what i'm trying to do with some of my stuff atm......
the drums need a little more pressence... but not neccercerily (we need spell check on replys) more heavier or weighty if you get what i mean? Big Grin

yeah, seems the reverb got a little out of hand.. good find. could be if I cut the low end of it the drums would stand out more. a limiter on drums.. not a bad idea but wouldn't it squash the dynamics? I'll give that a try

in the first 22 seconds, the fx and stabs in the intro sound very cool. after that its gets lil bit overloaded with delay and reverb. maybe you could bring some lead line to get some drive into your tune. i would prefer a bigger drop. mainpart comes clean and chilled but bass sounds very nice. nice modulation. im really waiting for a heavier drum layer poppin in. hm i think you should clear out some of your synth fx. its sounds overloaded imo. less is more.

im really feelin this style. with a lil bit more progression and more work this could be huge! (second drumlayer, reece variation)

yeah cynik, the mighty, right then
the overall sound of this peice is fantastic, the evolving bass sound is wicked, i found i was waiting to hear what it would do next, the pick up in pattern at about 3.00 is cool, maybee you could introduce another layer of filth to join the forong, or a bigger drum layer, or ride cymbol. eq and levels are great , very crisp but full, but i agree the drums could be more prominent, you show a maturity of sound, which is very fresh amongst alot of throw away fodder of today Big Grin

lol check the nice constantly changin bitrate on the mp3 Big Grin

aight now for the review:
intro should start off woth only that swooshy fx thing
intro sounds like it's got a fair deal of time put into it;what synths u used on it
drop is kinda simple in compare to the intro
track rolls of nicely but could go with a higher tempo to my oppinion
there's some cool fx all over the placeBigup
nice percussion in there to as well
nice tune just wished it was a bit harder an faster Big Grin

woah. its been like 3 months since i reviewed a track on here, so glad the link for this one hasnt expired..

mmmm luv dem crisp hi hats...
reverb sounds are grat, excellent to not hear the same delay on all the elements...

1:05 n soundin good.. really like those bass stabs.. wicked vox..

not sure if the tune has dropped now, coz theres a beat but it all sounds a little restrained...(but still excellent)
so much goin on here, the melody of the b line is wicked too..
how do you get that filtering sound on your bass so well??... amazed....
3:16, beatz could do with some more punch, maybe some real fast hi hats to make it flow more..

little drop downs in pace are welcomed, im really enjoyin this so i guess im looking for things to complain about coz nothin really strikes me as outta place if you get me..

great tune, maybe drop some of the reverby stabs later on in the track but then your kinda talkin about a whole diff tune.

great tune for a warm up set, or listening at home
05:45, some of the sounds here would go well earlier in the tune imo...
