I'm looking at how to incorporate some good basline to my tracks which varies, are there any patterns which any of you can suggest.

yeah just draw sumfin out in piano roal and stick a bass noise on it. whala u got a bass line

basic pattern??

get something that accents the kick... and something that follows the drums with variation every 8 or 16 bars...

play your break whilst writing your bassline, this helps me to be creative. listen to some old aphrodite tunes for some simple phatt b-lines. peace out
