The site has been behaving well on the temporary server, it consumes much less bandwidth than I feared it would, so I've decided to reenable track downloads on a limited basis.
The people who have given donations have their tracks available for download again, but with a maximum of 500 downloads per track in total. If a track reaches 500 downloads it is removed from the download page.
This means that for the moment 64 tracks out of the 1500+ total are available for download and reviewing.
I'm going to run this as a test up to next Tuesday (7th of March). I'll check the consumed bandwidth over this period and might lower or raise the number of available downloads accordingly. If it works out fine I might even reenable sample pack downloads. On the other hand if too much bandwidth is taken up I might limit the amount of daily downloads even further or even disable track downloads again.

but then u could be fucked by someone using a download accelerator (some of those actually make hundreds cinnections at a time 
)
