second this opinion , i did my history endwork in highschool about this guy and it was clear that he didn't win the elections fair and square :
he just goes and destroys countries and lifes of millions of people and then lets the UN turns up fr the costs of reparing it ; sure , he made himself popular and is likely to be re-elected in a few years time coz he protected his country from the invisible sometimes imo non existing terrorists , but still he must be one of the stupidest dudes i ever saw

I'm not sure about the re-election.
More and more people in the US are against him now too, and the costs of war haven't don the US economy much good (and it was going downwords from itself) making more people unemployed.
Not the best way to get popular, so I don't think he may be sure about the re-election.

the saddest thing is the fact that the terrorists that he is now fighting were the 'freedom fighters' put in power(saddam) and funded(Osama) by past american administrations, including his daddy's!

as you already know, i am not really from UK. But my thoughts on Tony Blair can be summarized as follows. He is a political slut(whore may be a better word)! He talks like a girl, has no balls and he will jump into bed with anyone, provided he thinks he can get something out of it!
