Dol en Pret is back, once again! We are still 'je van het', partypleasure 'tot en met' and then to bed.

For this second edition, we've found some other hard to digest acts for you..
Kania Tieffer
Originally from Strasbourg (Albania), she moved to Brussels in 2005 to start to work in her songs laboratory. She produces short songs, mixing electronic sounds, beats, electric guitar and small keyboards. Sometimes it sounds like fake and bizarre r’n’b, sometimes like devastated electropop...
She did her first gig in Brussels in April 2005 where she met dj Damie Boy * He will help her to play and play and play (l’Armee des Bonbons Europapa Minitour in november 05 – France – Netherlands – Germany – Switzerland - Belgium) and also to meet interesting people.
In december 2005 she toured with Dada Swing (Italy) and finished the year playing at the Torpedo party in Liège with Felix Kubin, Gangpol und mit, Bodenstandig 2000.. and some other great people.
She’s about to release a 7” on l’Armee des Bonbons label (cf Damie Boy) in April and a track on a vinyl compilation of SS-records (US).
.. And some dates around Europe in the first part of 2006..

Damie Boy tells his story :
After a long chillhood spent safe from FM waves in a small unmapped belgian village, i had my first love stories with 45t records collected on junk-markets. Lio, Plastic Bertrand, Visage and Laurie Anderson broked my heart. I was totaly hypnotised by these sound waves and i keeped this love safe from my contemporary friends.
At the age of 17 years old, i falled on my head and the hypnotisation gone away. So, i waited patiently to be 18 years old and i escape in the closest city, Liège, looking after new delicious music moments. I found it in the musics played by the famous dj's Hugo Freegow and JF-von.
A few years later, i moved for a while in Brussels where i met dj Télépathe (Lucile Desamory). She made me discover The Brain radioshow and she suggested me to go at a concert of Felix Kubin. These discoveries propeled me in the E.T. space where i discover step by step Anne Laplantine, Terre Thaemlitz, Der Plan, Klaus Nomi, Frederik Schikowski, Die Welttraumforscher, Coeurvert, Candie Hank, Lederhosen Lucil, Negativland and many many exostisms who gravitate in these cosmic drills.
Now i live in Berlin and i am putting on a new label called "L'armée des bonbons". It will only release records able to destabilise, at individual scales, the classical post-chillhood love system.
Love, music, love music, music, love, music loves.
