lol i posted some free-run video's some time ago too.
i used to do some jump-tricks & handspintricks with some friends.
then we went to obstacle-buildings with roofgaps and rails and so on...
verry cool , but sometimes i have trouble with my knee so ... take care when you jump off from big things.
there's some freerun-vids/dvds with a storyline :
-Yamakasi
-Yamakasi2
-Banlieu13
-...

Sounds quite Russian to me. And the text in that video is in Cyrillic, so...

Know a guy that does the same in belgium, he trains in 5 martial arts sports and about 16h/week in total (next to his daytime job which is giving personal trainings in a gym...) It's impressive - I've once see him do a double backflip when he was just standing on the ground, no running, no external help - he's plain crazy...
One thing's for sure - it's extremely bad for your knees, ankels, backbone - well basicly for your entire body. The guy is now 28 and starts having physical problems that you normally only get when you're 50+. He's in some club somewhere in Antwerp, so it's not only those crazy french
(ok they started it all...)
