Thinking of starting a fruity presets page where you can upload presets you made for htings like absynth, junglist etc... and get feedback advice on your sound. any ideas???? is this a good or a bad 1... PM me let me know or vote for thread. if i get enough feedback i'll make a site and uploadmy presets for jungliast. reeces/pads and shit.

The things you are talking about : absynth and junglist are vst or vsti plugins, which you can use with any sequencer. So why would you make that page only for FL users?

because fruity has it's own type of preset an .FLP file but there is no reason it cant be for any sequencer i'll probably put sections in it for diffrent VST's but you still didnt say if you thought it was a good idea or not? at the min it is only an idea...

we could just have a VST presets thread where you post your .PST files (i think thats the right extension).

It wouldnt matter then which sequencer you used.

ur all wrong. diffrent vsts use diffrent file extentions. and tuff dread i dnt reali think this is the place. there is a thread on dopgs on acid about this and it has some vstation. reaktor. and z3ta persets and sum more but there the main ones.

i would be happy to post presets but some1 needs to get the ball roaling and i think i mite jus have to do it...

The idea sure is cool, it would also help new users of a certain VST to understand the making of a cool sound more quickly. Downside to this is that you might hear your settings in a lot of tunes from others after a while.

I would upload some stuff for sure.

It would be good for DnB.be to have a thread like that, also a stuctured manual thread would be good. Now the forum is a bit chaotic to me.
Also a list of free VST plugins (like that German guy has) would be good I think.

Yeah I think its a cool idea aswell. You could have a section for different sequencers, reason/fl/logic etc with presets for all of the synths in their respective programmes. You could also have a section for actual VSTI's aswell. Absynth/FM7 etc. You could alos have a section for reaktor where people could upload either presets or full ensembles and instruments. There is so much you could do with it. You could even have a section for synth edit. I dont know if anyone here uses it, but in case you dont know what it is, synthedit allows you to design instruments which run as VST's in your host sequencer. It means that its far less CPU intensive than Reaktor where you have the whole programme as a VST. It'd be really cool to have actual VSTIs made by people on this site. One thing though, it has to be for people with producer rights only. You dont want absolutely anybody ripping free instruments and presets.

ohhhh tuffdread u need to finish that preset site. or i shud jus take it over. lol because this looks like it needs a whole site bout it. diffrent cattogries n shit because i duno if chronic will allow this. beacuse of the server is fuked already. so they ent hosting nuthin at the mo
