poppy sounds and i like the synth, yea it just broke, impressive im really enjoying this bassline, BAD BWOY! drums are so crisp n poppy i really like them, sencond bassline goes well, i really like the dark edge to this tune drums could do with a little more variation, your pulsing ending is phat you should use it as a break in the track.
i really like your style, dark bass my favorite
7/10

lol bass tester?
this needs a LOT of work..
I here where youre going with it but with the current sound choice it ain't working. for starters your beats are weak, especially the snare which has that dry drum machine sound. programming is not bad as are the little variations so re-choosing the drum kit / layering the hits / applying some standard (reverb, eq) effects on it is what this needs
don't particularly like the lfo you put on the lead. you over-vomplicated it with too much layers which greatly differ from each other, instead try some other sounds which blend more together. don't like the melodies either
some decent sounds at 2:30. I like that last solo bass sound in the end though
on to the next one..

CAN YOU NOT FEEL THAT BASS????
Cynik, thanks for the review
it's not as crisp as it could of been! but i always get impatient about what other people think to it!
you obviously dont like it so i'm not going to do any more to it
I like those sounds that's why I chose them , because they sound pretty fucked up, tailor made on junglist just the way i want them. The LFO was the first time I messed with an LFO, thought it sounded pretty good?? maybe not then.
Over complicated? there are two sounds one synth bass one sub.
Not sure I understand you tell me to layer but say dont layer it because there are too many layers too complicated?
Could somebody please elaborate if they understand
Encypher, nice one, glad you like it!
I always get the darkside in a tune somehow
this time I think I messed up a bit trying to do something a bit too UK with the bass, it's that LFO. I tried to mix the synth/bass at 1:27 (this was made on junglist) with a bad ass bassline (made on junglist), not sure it really worked could probably do with some effects to build up and out from the lead at 1:27.
Edit 1:
wicked wicked,
JUGNLIST VSTi MASSIVE. lol...
Edit 2:
Next track I make I'm gonna try and make it real complexed and spend a lot more time on it because most of my tracks are made in a few days of going on the computer every now and then .
IDIOT!

ez man,
I mentioned layering for the beats in order to make them heavier, if that was not your intention than fair. BUT that's waht I think so...
are you sure about two sounds for the bline? I could hear at least 3. anyway, be very wary of layering basses, conflicting happens in no time. if I do layer, it's usualy a sub in a deeper frequency range than the main sound

ha skrewface bass it shud hav bin. junglist vsti massive neways to the review.
LFO (i think, correct me if im wrong) is like a wobbler or sumthing in my experence it makes it judder if u kno wht i mean. not a very good explanation. lol jus get ur standard vst. clone it and make a a pattern with LFO and u will see what i mean.
neways yeah some of that bass is nice. drums need more variation near the ends of the beats.
like set ur drums like this.
make 1 drum pattern. clone it and add slight variation then clone tht and make the last bar ruff. unpredictble. then in playlist
set ur drums out like.
pat1,pat2,pat1,pat3 u see what i mean. thts a little tip for variation in ur drums.
do tht like 4times in a row then for the last 1(pat3) make a new pattern even more unpredictble than the last 1
pat1,pat2,pat1,pat3,pat1,pat2,pat1,pat3,pat1,pat2,pat1,pat3,pat1,pat2,pat1,
PAT4
hope it helps u to get more vairations

awwwwww for a second there that synth sounded like ram trilogys intro on screamer
hahaa
anywayz dont like those drum hits much, they instantly take away impact from the rest of the sounds
kkk
i see , i think my overall thing is gonna be
i like the tune lots if i imagine the samples differently, like the arrangment but those drums make it feel like
oldskool fruity preset days
def gots direction structure varation etc but need to cahnge those samples imo
cheers

A bit simple for my liking. I think the drums are really flat, dont like them at all. Nice bass sounds however, quite obscure. Not one of my favourite tracks from you.

I reall y like this man real good tune to mix on tractor and i love the way the tune starts it proper gets u prepared for the incoming which doesnt dissapoint with a great drop and then it just keeps on rolling and keeping you interested with a lush dirty rolling bass. my only bitch is the end of the track coz i just wanted it to drop really dirtyly and that sub bass at the end really makes you feel like its going to drop and give you one last bounce. But all bitchin aside i love the track man and youve given me some good inspiration that the old dread bass is still alive. take it ez

It's not bad dude, respect for the one shot drum samples, not many producers do it like that these days ...
Love the variation in the bass sounds ... melody is cool ... love the funky drums, though that snare could be heavier ... it sounds a lil' dry now ...
Keep goin' at it ... cause this sounds good, but could sound HUGE with some better sample usage

the track is ok but the beat sounds really weak with no variation.
the snare is really bad. the snare wantas to cut through alot more into the mix
i do like the breakdown.
i feel some filtering wouldnt go a miss down the bottom end
overall i'd say there is some good ideas but it just needs a little work
keep practising
