The intro has too much bleepin' and tweakin' treble, it kinda hurts the ears. Add some bass elements... The intro is too repetetive now... add some more variation.
The wobbling effect in the intro (around 11") could use some reverb on it, you can hear it getting cut off at the end which makes the intro less attractive.
The choice of sounds is a bit odd but ok in my opinion (we shouldn't all be making the same tune over and over again). The synth riff sounds cool, but it lacks variation. Maybe you could layer a subbass with your main synth to add some more power to the tune. Near the end of the tune I could hear some deeper base which should be EQ't up to be more present during the song.
Your break rolls ok, but there's no variation in it.
The scratchin' stuff is nicely done 
I got the impression that this tune was meant to be a game soundtrack...
If you work some more on this it could still improve. Especially variation and atmosphere should get focus and ofcourse the intro sound.

intro: intro is too empty, moooore BASS!!!
1:04: gets boring...intro is too long....way too long!
drop: WOW, respect...not what i was expecting!!!!!....like it...bouncy shit!.....1:51: nice percussion...but dont like the melody!!
2:14...love that
2nd drop: pretty cool.....but a bit annoying...add maybe some bad punchy basses here and there.
but ithink its pretty cool!

oww, more reverb on one of your messy sounds at the intro
the delay on the other thing works nice too

an unexpected turn, the drop progresses into a wicked prodigy style rave section, hope it dont go on too long though...
hmmm thought you would of dropped em there...., anywayz track is packed full of energy.
not enough things backin up the melody parts i like

sound quality was clean...was too 'happy-go-lucky' sounding for my tastes, but the production qualities were nice....
