may I reccomend Technomaker! no fuss around with sequencing hits, all dealt with 4 to 8 bar loops! great!
and you can even order new sample cd's, like whoa!
...
ok that was enough

Trance sounds come easy enough, they can be created with all good soft synths. Look at the arp presents you will usually find a decent sound to use just tweak it a little to get the sound you want.
If you use FL 5-6 id recommend the Sytrus its a very cool and yet underestimated soft synth! toy about with its presets.
Peace

I would say cakewalk's z3ta is the baddest synth for trance. Possibly you may be barking up the wrong forum?

Ahaha... trance sounds? HAHAHAHA...
The signature "trance sound" is just shitty synth presets drowned in reverb. As someone who wasted 4+ years in that scene, I'd know. Reverb. And maybe delay. And presets. That's it, that's all, no mystery... and no excuses for not doing it yourself. :-p
Now, y'all shut up about my momma.

what kind of trance samples are you looking for... i have loads of percussion and loops...
but for synths... use v-station, vangaurd, swpro, z3ta, atmosphere, trilogy, and stylus...
there are loads of vsts out there that are perfect for trance...
i wouldnt uyse sytrus...as suggested below... its pretty bland if you ask me...cant really get a good sound out of it...especially if you wanted an up to date trance sound...
also try some rolland synths (theyre amazing for trance) and even the infamous virus C is used among many trance producers... has some great great trance sounds!
