Please check out my new track 'Capture The Flag' and post your comments here!!!
i know there are some levels out but ive heard it so many times i cant tell wich ones, my sub kinda overpowers the rest of my system so the bass is either gonna be 2 loud or 2 quiet?

hehe the rowdy vox are cool
the filtered bass is strange in the intro
the drums are alright... i like the old skoolish hits
the sub action is sweet i think. trippy slow drum n bass.
progresses nicely... although i thought this one was gonna drop into full effect... but its just one of those chilld out sorta tunes.
nice heavy n cool sound... love the sounds fx u uses.
i dunno i quit like this one... nice n strange. darkish flavour.
coool shit
From what I heard in the intro I was expecting some sick heavy steppin' dark shit, but the tune stayed down all the time; it's a pitty. The drums are nicely chopped (or you used god loops). The bass is not really my thing, I don't like the sound of it and also the arrangement does not fit the atmosphere which you create with the drums and effects.
After the break around 3' you restart nicely, but the base just has no tention to it. To me this sounds like an album track from the Prodigy.
I'm the last person to tell people to to copy something mainstream, but you should put in some more bass elements from traditional DnB here...
Speed up the tune and give give it some of the steam it promises at first.

Nice intro. Track reminds me of old skool dancey / DnB jungle from the 90's so the track sounds nice when regarded as part of this genre. Drum programming is spot on. Like i said the track sounds cool, when I had a deeper listen to the track but on first hearing my ears are tuned to the modern sound of drum and bass. ie thumping hectic beats and massive subbasses with reeses, filtered synth basses and crazy effects.
the track is good but i do agree with Battledrone very much, i was really enjoying the intro expecting a hectic drum build up and a thumping bassline but thats just my hearing being conditioned by the veil of modern drum and bass.
I apolagise for the muddled review but i always just try to give an honest opinion and its 5am so my brain is slighly frazzled.
Thaks for your advice boys i have listend to what uv said, changed the bass for a heavyer line with more variation to it, ive kicked up the kick drum for the second drop n re-chopped the rums for an more intense bang out, n it sounds fat, im so proud of it now, i will re-load the new track up soon but ive just met an C that has herd it n is doing a recording with me for it, so you might have to wait
